Mommy & Me
Hi! We are Patricia and Rhea,
local moms & pediatric therapists.
As moms of young kids we truly recognize the value of having a community of other moms to share our collective experiences with.
We are so excited to create a space for local moms to learn from each other in a safe, welcoming space. We’ll also include a sprinkle of our expertise as physical and speech therapists to help you learn ways to connect and play with your baby while supporting their development.

Patricia Stefani
Mom of 3 & Speech therapist
Patricia Stefani is a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist and mom of 3. Her family has lived in Livermore since 2021. They enjoy Livermore for its family-friendly atmosphere, activities for their kids, and its cute downtown.
Educational History includes:
-Master of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences
-Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders
Patricia has worked in schools with students ranging from preschool to eighth grade and in early intervention. She is passionate about facilitating baby development through communication and play.

Rhea Schmidt
Mom of 2 & physical therapist
Dr. Rhea Schmidt is a Pediatric Physical Therapist and mom of 2. Her family moved to Livermore in 2023 and she fell in love with this town and community.
Educational History includes:
Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from University of Southern California in 2012.
Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
She runs her own mobile physical therapy practice, Grow Well PT, where she treats babies and young children 0-5 years old.
She has a background and expertise in Neurology and is passionate about play and its ability to shape and grow healthy brains in children.
